Terms of use

Using PawQuest

PawQuest lets you keep a private collection of the cats and dogs you meet, on Android and as a web app. By creating an account or using PawQuest you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. You need to be at least 13 years old to use it.

Your account

You sign in with your email address (a link or code we email you) or with Google. Keep access to that email or Google account secure, because it's how you get into PawQuest. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Your content

Photos, nicknames and notes you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide PawQuest to you. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and don't upload photos whose main subject is a person.

Be kind to animals and people

Don't disturb animals, feed them against local rules, or put them or yourself at risk to get a photo. Respect private property and other people's privacy, and don't use PawQuest to track or harass anyone. Stay aware of your surroundings while using the app outdoors.

Rewards and achievements

EXP, levels, missions and achievements are for fun. They have no cash value and may change as we improve PawQuest. We may reverse rewards earned by misusing the app.

Reminders

Milestone reminders are optional and only sent if you turn them on. Delivery depends on your phone or browser and isn't guaranteed.

Availability

PawQuest is in beta. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but it is provided "as is", and features may change or be unavailable at times. Match suggestions are automatic guesses and can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, DevCAD Solutions isn't liable for indirect losses from using PawQuest.

Ending your use

You can stop using PawQuest and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app about significant changes. Questions: support@devcad.tech.
